The Board, an idea suggested by Kush, is essentially a board where members (Associates and up) may request ideas for the administration to look over. Topics will be posted here, a new thread will be created in the "Back Room" section that is shown only to Caporegimes and up, the Administration will discuss this and write a reply in the old topic.

While the request is being discussed, the topic will be locked until the decision is made, where the Administration will send out their proposal of the request, maybe make some changes in it and etc. With the topic being locked, less third-party suggestions will be made so that the Administration may work with the original request and other people's ideas will not interfere with the original request.
